Honey Brook, Pennsylvania – In an effort to do his part to help America’s wounded heroes, C Ivan Stoltzfus of Across America for Wounded Heroes will be setting out on a second trip in his modified 1948 John Deere Model A. Expanding on his successful journey across the country in Spring/Summer 2014, Mr. Stoltzfus will be encircling the United States to raise funds and awareness for veterans in need. The trip is set to launch on Saturday, October 15 at 8:30 am from 3000 Compass Road, Honey Brook, Pennsylvania. There will be a small ceremony that is open to the public. About the 2014 trip

Starting in April 2014, C Ivan Stoltzfus of Across America for Wounded Heroes successfully completed a trip across the country in a modified 1948 John Deere Model A. The journey of over 3000 miles began in Manasquan, New Jersey and ended four months later in Crescent City, California. During the journey, Across America for Wounded Heroes raised more than $100,000 to support Wounded Warrior Project.

Across America for Wounded Heroes (AAfWH) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with the mission of raising funds and awareness for America’s wounded veterans. The organization was founded by C Ivan Stoltzfus who is not a veteran himself but is driven to give back to the men and women who have sacrificed so greatly to protect the freedom that all Americans enjoy. In order to accomplish the mission of AAfWH, Mr. Stoltzfus travels in a modified 1948 John Deere Model A pulling a camper trailer. AAfWH operated with an all-volunteer staff.
